PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Tuesday, October 18, 2022
Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 to review the following applications:
- Lot Consolidation Application submitted by Brian and Rosemary Egolf of Emerald Ranch
- Zoning Map Amendment submitted by Rivercrest Acres Homeowners Assn to change the zoning of the Rivercrest Acres Subdivision from Mobile Home to Residential
The public hearing will begin at 10:00 am and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO 81130. A virtual option for attendance is available.

Copies of the application can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO. Written comments can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO 81130. Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, October 14, 2022.
