The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, CO on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, beginning at 4:30 pm to consider a conditional use application submitted for a propane bulk storage facility in an Industrial Zone.
The Public is invited to an open house/public meeting on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the Creede Community Center to hear presentations on the newly completed agreement between EPA/CDPHE/Mineral County/Commodore, Del Monte, Kanawha Mining Companies. This is an opportunity to hear what has happened, what will happen and vision everyone has for this beloved area of our County. Light snacks and beverages will be served. The doors will open at 4:30 pm, acknowledgements and presentations will begin at 5:15 pm with plenty of time for questions and one on one conversations with those involved.
The Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), in partnership with the City of Creede, Mineral County, FEMA, and the WSP engineering team, invite you to a Public Meeting to discuss the ongoing flood study in your communities. We will go over the next steps in the study process, answer questions, present citizen-targeted resources and materials, highlight key details about the National Flood Insurance Program, and discuss the changes in flood zones and general flood risk information.
