NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado, beginning at 5:30 pm, Wednesday, November 11, 2020, to consider two applications for Conditional Use. The Applications filed by Derold Zimmermann requests additional approval for structures to be built in the Mountain View RV Park and Resort that were not originally approved when the Park/Resort was approved in 2004. Property this will affect is at 550 Airport Rd, Creede, CO. The application is available for viewing in the County Administrator’s office, at 1201 N Main. Written comments will be accepted through end of business on Friday, November 6, 2020.
