The Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider adoption of 1041 Regulations for Water Export Projects by Mineral County on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, beginning at 10 am at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.
The Regulations are available for examination at the County Administrator’s Office, in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
The decision to adopt, adopt with modification or reject the Regulations will be made no later than Friday, June 14, 2024 per C.R.S. 24-65.1-404(3).
