Mineral County is proud to announce the hiring of a new Veterans' Service Officer that will serve the veterans of Mineral County.  Tim Thornton has been hired to replace Ken Hosselkus who has retired this position to spend time with his growing grandchildren.  This is a 22 year Marine veteran.  He then worked 20+ years with the FAA/DOD.  Tim and his wife Kelly own a home in Holiday Acres.  Please stop in and welcome Tim.  He will maintain office hours in the Courthouse M-F 8 amd to 12 pm.
