The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado, beginning at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, May 12, 2021 to consider an application for a zoning map change.  This meeting is a continuation of the meeting on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 This meeting can be accessed virtually. An Amendment of the Zoning Regulations of Mineral County, being a zoning map amendment, under Article 10 of the Mineral County Zoning Regulations was applied for by John Parker of Navajo Development requesting a change in Zoning District. The change requested is the Zoning for Creede Haven 2 and Creede Haven 3, also known as Mountain Valley Estates from a Residential District to a Mobile Home District.

Those interested may inspect the Draft Zoning Proposal at the office of the County Administrator, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado during the regular office hours of the Mineral County Courthouse. If you are a property owner within the boundaries of these two subdivision, abut these two subdivisions or own property within 300 feet of the perimeter of the subdivisions, you will receive a second notice by mail, in the name and at the address shown in the office of the Mineral County Assessor.  Comments can be made in person at the meeting on May 12 or written comments can be emailed to the County Administrator at countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Written comments must be received by  the County Administrator by end of business on Friday, May 7, 2021.
