 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, Colorado, beginning at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 to consider an application for an Exempt Subdivision.  There will a virtual option for attendance, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6057658417?pwd=dmkyN3VSYTRzVDZoNUtDTzBoRlpPZz09.

The Application filed by Rio Oxbow Ranch, Inc., will result in a division of land north and east of Hwy 149 from the bulk of the Rio Oxbow Ranch located at 35115 Hwy 149, Creede, CO 81130.  The parcel being divided is proposed to be purchased by the United States Forest Service and absorbed into the National Forest Lands that already exist north and east of Hwy 149 in Sections 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, all in Township 40N, R2W.
