The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission has rescheduled a Public Hearing originally slated for November 17, 2021, to be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado.  The meeting will begin at 4:30 pm.  The Hearing is being held to consider an application for a Planned Unit Development.  The meeting will also be available on a virtual platform.  Meeting link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6057658417?pwd=U3R4RzhRNiswVzVQUWprZjdhUmZRdz….

The Application filed by Derold Zimmermann requests a Planned Unit Development on a vacant parcel at 550 Airport Rd, Creede, CO.  The application is available for viewing in the County Administrator’s office, at 1201 N Main.  Written comments will be accepted through end of business on Friday, December 3, 2021 by email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to County Administrator, PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.
