PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Tuesday, November 16, 2021 Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 to review the following applications:
- Lot Consolidation of Lots 12, 13 and 14 of Bristol Head Acres #5 submitted by Barbara Taylor
- Lot Consolidation of Lots of Lots 7 & 8 of Rivercrest Acres submitted by Bob and Janelle Kukuk
- Lot Consolidation of 1.5 acre parcel surrounded by larger parcel owned by LaSoleil Inc. at Broadacres Ranch
- Exempt Subdivision of 12 acres+/- of Broadacres Ranch submitted by Charles Nearburg
- Zoning change from Rural to Recreation Resort submitted by Rockin Quint Family Tradition LLC.
The public hearing will begin at 10:30 am and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO 81130. Copies of the applications can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO. Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO 81130. Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, November 12, 2021.
