PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 to review the following applications:

  • Lot Consolidation of multiple mining claims into one parcel, all under the ownership of Brian and Rosemary Egolf, at this address 4320 USFS Rd 503, Creede, CO 81130
  • Zoning Map Amendment submitted by Rivercrest Acres Homeowners Assn to change the zoning of the subdivision from a Mobile Home Zoned District to a Residential District.

   The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link

Copies of the application can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Monday, September 9, 2022.
