Public Hearing Notice
The Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at a Regularly Scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 10:30 am at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO 81130 for the designation of activities and areas of state interest. The County will consider designating (or redesignating) the following areas and activities of state interest which apply to the entire unincorporated area of Mineral County:
A. Site selection and construction of major new domestic water systems and major extension of existing domestic water systems.
B. Efficient utilization of municipal and industrial water projects.
