PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 to review the following applications:

  • Conditional Use Application for in-home business at 220 Conour Dr, Creede, CO
  • Zoning Map Amendment on a parcel located in the N1/2 NE1/4 T41N R1W (current zoning Rural and Commercial – proposed zoning Commercial for entire parcel)

   The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link.  Copies of the applications can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, January 8, 2022.
