PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Wednesday, April 13, 2022

Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 to review the following applications:

  • Zoning Map Amendment on a parcel located in the W1/2 SW1/4 SEC6 T41N R1E (aka Fairgrounds Property) (current zoning Rural - proposed zoning Commercial for potion of the parcel surrounding the arena)
  • Conditional Use Application for an in-home occupation at 30 Twilight Avenue in Moonshine Mesa
  • Minor Subdivision Application submitted by Deacon Family Investments for a small subdivision located in SEC2 Y41N R1W

   The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link Copies of the applications can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Monday, April 11, 2022.
