The Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Meeting to hear and consider recommendations made by the Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission at their May 11, 2002 meeting, at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado, beginning at 10:30 PM, Monday, June 6, 2022.  Two items will be on the agenda:

  • Recommendation on a Zoning Map Amendment presented by the Administrator’s office
  • Recommendation on a Minor Subdivision Application submitted by Deacon Family Investments

The address of the property referred to in the Zoning Map Amendment is 334 River Drive, Creede, CO, and contains approximately 15 acres, owned by Joseph and Shirrae Fazio.

The Minor Subdivision Application was submitted by Deacon Family Investments.  The property being considered lies in the NW1/4 Sec 2 T41NR1W.

Those interested may inspect the Draft Recommendations at the office of the County Administrator, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado during the regular office hours of the Mineral County Courthouse.
