Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 to review the following application:

  • Zoning Map Amendment on property known as Emerald Ranch on Bachelor Loop Rd owned by Brian and Rosemary Egolf

Additionally, the Planning and Zoning Commission will review the final plat for Monan Heights Subdivision owned by Deacon Family Investments.

   The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link   Copies of the application can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, July 8, 2022.
