Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 to review the following application:

  • Zoning Map Amendment on property consisting of a tract in the NW/4 Sec 6 T41N R1E, East of Hwy 149 owned by Wolf and Leslie Brooks

   The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link is of the application can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, August 5, 2022.
