            NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 beginning at 5:30 pm to review and consider two applications submitted to the Land Use Administration Office. A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link.

  • Application for a Lot Consolidation submitted by Liz Jamison – Lots 10, Block G & 8B, Block B in Creede Haven #2
  • Application for a Additional Campsites for Tent Camping submitted by Broken Arrow Ranch

Those interested may inspect the Applications at the office of the County Administrator, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado during the regular office hours of the Mineral County Courthouse.

Written comments will be received on both applications through the end of business on Friday, September 8, 2023.  These comments can be sent to the County Administrator’s office at PO Box 70, Creede, CO 81130 or emailed to mailto:countyadmin@mincocolo.com.
