NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Meeting at Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 am, Wednesday, September 20, 2023 to consider the recommendation from the Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission on an application for a Conditional Use.

The Application filed by Dianna Mouse to process and crush rock for construction and road base with the intent to sell and move off of the property.  The raw material is a result of stockpiles of rocks moved onto the property by Colorado Department of Transportation during construction on Wolf Creek Pass.    

 The general location of the project is the SE corner of Section 24, T39N, R2E, NMPM, Mineral County, Colorado. The property is zoned Recreational Resort. The property’s address is 180132 Hwy 160, South Fork, CO 81154.

The meeting will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   Copies of the applications can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, September 15, 2023.
