NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, CO on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, beginning at 4:30 pm to consider a conditional use application submitted for a propane bulk storage facility in an Industrial Zone.

The Application was submitted by Innovation Propane Solutions, La Jara, Colorado.  The property proposed for this use is a portion of Lot 7 in Inspiration Point Estates, Creede, CO.  The full application can be seen in the County Administrator’s office at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.
