The Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 beginning at 4:30 pm to consider changes to the Mineral County Mobile Home/RV Park/Campground Regulations.  Draft Regulations are available at the office of the County Administrator, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado during the regular office hours of the Mineral County Courthouse. 

 

Additionally, the Commissioners will also review and consider a conditional use application submitted by Eldon and Sarai Rizzi to allow overhead power lines to a parcel located in the SW/4 NW/4 Sec 4T40N R2W NMPM. A virtual option for attendance is available.  Meeting link.

 

Those interested may inspect the Application at the office of the County Administrator, 1201 North Main Street, Creede, Colorado during the regular office hours of the Mineral County Courthouse. 

 

Written comments will be received on the draft regulations and the application through the end of business on Friday, March 15, 2024.  These comments can be sent to the County Administrator’s office at PO Box 70, Creede, CO 81130 or emailed to mailto:countyadmin@mincocolo.com.
