            NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Mineral County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Meeting to hear the recommendation from the Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission regarding an Exempt Subdivision Application, at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, Colorado. The recommendation will be heard at 10:30 am on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. There will a virtual option for attendance, the link can be found on the Mineral County website, mineralcountycolorado.com.

The Application filed by Rio Oxbow Ranch, Inc., will result in a division of land north and east of Hwy 149 from the bulk of the Rio Oxbow Ranch located at 35115 Hwy 149, Creede, CO 81130.  The parcel being divided is proposed to be purchased by the United States Forest Service and absorbed into the National Forest Lands that already exist north and east of Hwy 149 in Sections 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, all in Township 40N, R2W.
