PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Meeting at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N Main, Creede, CO on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, beginning at 10:30 am to consider a recommendation by the Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission regarding a conditional use application submitted for a propane bulk storage facility in an Industrial Zone.

Spar City Capital, LLC by Owner, Shelly Dee has requested the licensing officials of Mineral County, Colorado to grant a Hotel/Restaurant License w/ one optional premise at: 950 Middle Creek Rd, Creede, CO 81140. A Hearing on the Application will be held at the Mineral County Courthouse, 1201 N. Main, Creede, CO at 9:30 AM, on January 17, 2024, a virtual option for attending the hearing is available, meeting link will be made available one week before the hearing.
